Trixo DEX is a non-custodial interface to the THORChain decentralized protocol. Trixo DEX does not hold, control, transmit, or have access to your funds, private keys, or digital assets at any time. All swaps are executed by THORChain's decentralized validator network.
Nothing on Trixo DEX constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you may lose your entire investment.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Trixo DEX. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Trixo DEX charges a 2% interface fee via THORChain's affiliate system. Additional network fees are charged by THORChain. All fees are displayed before swap confirmation.
Trixo DEX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of quotes, or successful execution of swaps. THORChain protocol risks, including but not limited to smart contract bugs, validator issues, or chain halts, are beyond our control.
Trixo DEX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, or protocol errors.
You agree not to use Trixo DEX for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Trixo DEX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
